At Carleton Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning Ltd., our customers’ satisfaction is our highest priority.

We thank you for taking the time to answer a few quick questions. Your response to each question enables us to gauge how we are doing with respect to achieving our goal of excellence in customer service.

As a token of our appreciation for taking of your time, we will send you a Gift Certificate valued at a minimum of $5.00 for one of our local restaurants.

Please be sure to fill in your recent Invoice Number. From it we will retrieve your complete customer information and mail you the certificate.
